“ The fresh oysters were really good, with nice dressing. The Calamari appetiser was great & tender. The Chongqing (popcorn) Chicken was so tasty. They’re pricier than the usual restaurants I go too, but it’s good for special occasions. Nice ambience & great service. Kids friendly too, as they’re give activity pack for kids (or I believe you can request this). ”
“ Lovely lunch organised by friends who are regulars, started with the Jade prawn dumplings and lobster and prawn dumplings. For mains we had the kung pao chicken, great for me as it wasn't too hot and spicy. The twice cooked pork belly with pear was also delicious with a nice sweet caramelised sauce. The only negative was the pork was too fatty. The duck fried rice was also very good. Dessert was the Eastern mess, really enjoyed it. Service was great, our water and tea were constantly topped up. ”

“ Truly, excellent lunchtime, dining experience that is a little bit special occasion! When we needed a special place to go for my birthday lunch, my partner and I selected Lotus at the galleries Victoria. From the moment we walked in till our exit our customer service experience was simply excellent And all managed by a gentleman named Ben who at every occasion was magnificent. It’s reassuring when you go to a special occasion, Restaurant and your handled with such expertise, thoughtfulness and care. The knowledge that you’re in safe hands is truly comforting, especially in this day and age. We loved the pork dumpling as an entrée, it was slightly different because it had a crust like a pie yet inside was juicy and extremely tasty. We also had some beautiful fried beans that were crunchy delicious and perfect for that moment. We ordered the half duck Experience and it was very special. Having half a duck carved up in front of you is impressive because it takes a lot of skill - and you can see just how and where the meat comes from the duck. We were absolutely full when we left; but beforehand, Ben showed us the various function rooms that could be hired for other special occasions. Thank you Ben for your excellent service and thank you lotus. We will definitely be back! ”
